Conducting a supplier sustainability audit will help you to understand which businesses in your network will be able to withstand supply chain shocks arising from the climate change. You want to know that your main suppliers have considered
a) how they are reducing their carbon emissions to limit their contribution to the problem and
b) how they are going to continue to operate and assist your business
