Mandy is one of the founding Directors of E4environment. She has over 20 years experience as a environmental consultant, specialising in waste management issues for both the public and private sectors. She has developed several web based services including Wasteconnect and E4e Manager and recently set up the Green Achiever Scheme.

Kay Hawkins - Director
Kay is a founding Director of E4environment. She is a Chartered Landscape Architect and ecologist with over 20 years experience in landscape architecture and environmental consultancy across a wide range of market sectors, including power and renewable energy, waste management, water resources, residential and recreational developments, agriculture, mineral extraction, industrial developments, property development and infrastructure.

Fran Iribar - Director
Fran is a Director of E4environment and a Landscape Architect. She directs and manages environmental and development projects within the fields of renewable energy, agriculture, waste management and remediation, industrial development, and recreational, residential & commercial development.

Zoe Heath - Office Administrator
Zoe joined E4environment in April 2006, to carry out reception duties and to support the office manager, directors and consultants in their day to day duties. Zoe also maintains and updates the WasteConnect website and deals with enquiries on waste and recycling.

Gemma Fenn- Principal Consultant
Gemma Fenn joined E4environment in January 2006 as a senior consultant providing environmental support services to our clients. Her previous roles were as Environment Manager for Laura Ashley and Environment Advisor for Carillion plc. She has set up Environmental Management Systems, carried out environmental audits, training, corporate reporting, environmental permit applications, variations and planning applications, advising on the importance of undertaking relevant Environmental Management in business.

Beverly Durman - Senior CAD Technician
Beverly Durman joined E4environment during September 2003, Bev was appointed to manage drawing preparation across E4's complete range of disciplines, she had previously worked freelance with a number of prominent national civil engineering consultants and contractors.
Bev has established a 'house' style and is responsible for producing all aspects of E4's graphics requirements. Bev uses a variety of software; AutoCAD, all the Adobe packages and 'WindFarm' a specialist design software package which produces three-dimensional models of proposed wind energy developments, indicating their environmental impact.

Kelly Jones - Administration Assistant
Kelly joined E4environment in February 2010 to support the Office Administrator and assist the Green Achiever team with the day to day running of the scheme.

Deborah Cairns - Green Achiever Scheme Operations Manager
Deborah Cairns joined E4environment in January 2010 as Operations Manager for the Green Achiever Scheme. Deborah is an associate member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and is a qualified environmental auditor. She has come to environmental management after doing conservation work in Patagonia and having had a career in Human Resources where she gained her masters degree and is a Fellow of the CIPD.
In her role with E4environment she supports businesses in developing, achieving and getting the credit for their environmental aspirations and actions, by working through the Green Achiever Scheme. She is also responsible for the promotion and development of the Scheme and for the on-going support to the growing number of Green Achiever members.

John Long - Head of Corporate Services
Following a long career with the RAF, John joined the 'real world', took an MBA and plunged into commercial life. After holding a number of Directorships, he has set up his own Management Consultancy and now advises a portfolio of clients, including E4environment, on all the bits of business that no-one else wants to do eg Finance, Facilities, HR and KPIs.

Nicky Strudwick - Research Assistant
Nicky joined E4environment as Research Assistant in May 2010 having worked in the food industry for fifteen years both in the UK and overseas. Her previous roles were as a Microbiologist, Regulatory Affairs Adviser and most recently as a Certification Officer for an organic food certification body. She has been responsible for implementing and auditing quality systems, legal compliance and safety systems. She is involved with Site Viability Studies for renewable energy and Green Achiever.

Erika Stelfox-Griffin - Assistant Environmental Consultant
Erika joined in E4environment in October 2010 to assist the directors on various projects carrying out desktop studies and research. Erika has a Physical Geography and GIS background.
