Planning Services
Preparing a planning application
Obtaining planning permission for developments can be a complicated process. At E4environment we can work with you to help you at every stage of the process or with particular elements of the process, whichever you prefer.
We can help you with the following elements;
- Preplanning consultation - Initial consultation with your local planning office.
- Public consultation - development of public consultation programmes and materials for consultation with statutory consultees, local communities and businesses who may be interested in the development.
- Screening Request - some projects, depending on their size and what they are, may need a formal Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). Following consultation with the Town and Country Planning (EIA) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999, a formal request is put forward to the (LPA) to confirm whether or not a formal EIA is required.
- Scoping Opinion - If an EIA is required, we can confirm with the LPA the scope of the EIA.
- Planning Application - we can complete your planning application form, and put together the supporting information that is required following the scoping process.
- Specialist Consultants - we can provide details of other specialist consultants that we work with, and provide a project management service to manage the consultants and ensure that the relevant information from their reports is included in the supporting information for your planning application as required.
- Post Planning - once your application has been submitted, we can assist with any queries from the LPA.
